We always want to keep you 100% satisfied with the purchase from www.coastalpaw.com. If you have been unhappy with your product, you return your product. You can return a product to us if the following terms are met:

a. How long can I return a product?

After your purchase, you have 30 days left to return a product. To start your return, please contact us at info@coastalpaw.com.

b. Can I return a product after using it?

No, To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or evidence of the purchase.

c. Are there any returns restrictions?

We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. Send us an email at info@coastalpaw.com if you have received incorrect, defective or damaged.

d. How can customers return their products?

  • By Mail.

e. Do you accept returns?

  • Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

f. Do you accept exchanges?

  • No, we don't  accept exchanges.

g. How will customers get the return label?

  • Customer's responsibility

h. Is there any restocking fee?

  • No Restocking fee

i. How can I cancel the order?

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

j. How much will customers pay for return shipping?

  • No cost for damaged, defective and wrongly delivered products.
  • For customer remorse or change of mind: Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and return label.

k. What should I do if the product I received is defective or damaged?

Please check your order carefully before returning a product. If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return the product in that condition. Please contact us by email at info@coastalpaw.com to inform us about your damaged or defective product condition for return. 

l. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
